Does RigCue choose the exact machine?
No. It surfaces 1–3 category candidates from the information submitted. Your rental team confirms the exact machine, attachment, capacity, dimensions, site fit, and operator requirements.
Does it show live price or availability?
No. RigCue does not connect to live inventory in the founding pilot. Pricing and availability come directly from your shop.
Can a customer reserve equipment through it?
No. A RigCue submission is a request—not a quote, booking, reservation, or approval.
What if the short flow does not capture a needed measurement?
RigCue identifies the remaining confirmation items instead of inventing load, clearance, depth, reach, transport, or site details.
Does this replace safety guidance or training?
No. It does not verify jobsite conditions, provide engineering advice, approve operators, or replace manufacturer instructions, rental-team requirements, training, or applicable safety rules.
How does the handoff work in the preview?
The completed sample can be copied, downloaded as text, or opened as a prefilled email draft addressed to the shop. The customer chooses whether to send that draft; RigCue does not deliver email automatically during the preview.
How is a shop workspace verified?
RigCue first checks the exact website and full work address against the private-pilot invitation, then sends a one-time link to that inbox. A separate TEST alert must reach the shop's request inbox before the customer link can activate.
What if a manager loses access?
Use the workspace ID and verified work email to request a fresh 30-minute link. Opening the replacement revokes the old manager session without requiring a sales or support call.
Do I have to take a sales call?
No. Configure and test the hosted preview online. A call is not required to create it, evaluate it, or decide whether you would continue.
